Incident Reporting Procedure – July 2021
1. Any incident that occurs on an organised ADRC walk must be reported by the members/guests observing the incident to the walk leader, the relevant Walks Organiser and then to the Health and Safety Officer ASAP. A description of the incident, location and time should be noted in the report.

2. If the incident is sufficiently serious for medical support to be required, the information must be entered into the Health and Safety incident/accident book by the Health and Safety Officer for future reference.
