Walk Cancellation Procedure

Please note that at the committee meeting of 09/07/26 it was agreed by those present that in the event of a scheduled walk being cancelled (for whatever reason) by the leader(s) that:

The leader(s) will advise any/all members trying to book on a given walk that the walk has in fact been cancelled. As the club has a booking system, whereby no member should be turning up for a walk without “booking on”, this is considered to be the most efficient means of ensuring that potential walk participants are made aware of the up-to-date situation.
