If, when trying to access the Members Area of the site, you receive a message indicating that you are now “locked out” please use the following procedure:
1. Locate your current password – which is on your membership card – the username has not been changed since the introduction of the new website and is not your membership number
2. Shut down and restart your machine
3. Try to access the Members Area again using the correct username and password
4. If you are still denied access, please contact the Webmaster whose details can be found on your Membership card
