Please note that as part of the continuous review of all ADRC documentation, policies and procedures the walk Hazard Appraisal form, and the use of it by club leaders, has been revisited by the Committee. As a result of this, the heading “Insurance” which appears near the top of each monthly circular has been amended. In addition, a new heading, “Club Records” has now been added. These will now read:
Club Records. In line with Club policy/procedure would all leaders, on completion of their organised walk, please compile a list of participants and forward this to Phil Worsley.
Insurance. The ADRC Hazard Appraisal Form, and the completion of it by the club leaders for their organised walks, is not a requirement of the club insurers. However, in line with best practice, the club recommends that this procedure/process is undertaken.
Further to the above, the latest version of the Hazard Appraisal Form, “Issue 5, May 2025” can now be viewed and or downloaded from the “Members Area/Documentation” page of this site.
